So you took pictures of your tenants apartment and personal possessions and posted them on the internet?? Am guessing this was without her permission?
I feel your plight about the back rent and the court being unfainr. However, two wrongs do not make a right. I dare my landlord to come into my apartment (which is clean by the way) and take pictures of 'my' things and post them online.
First of all, as a landlord I have a right to protect my property and have written monthly letters asking the tenant in question to clean and have even brought cleaning supplies and cleaned the premises myself. Only to have the tenant forward seething replies totally denying that the place was dirty. The pictures was the only evidence I had to 1. Prevent HPD From fining me from damages the tenant caused 2. State as evidence in my court of my outreach to keep and maintain a clean facility. Judgement is not for u to cast its for the court system and so far they have been unjust. So before you pass judgement and get up on your high horse, place weigh the evidence.
