"State stops Bed-Stuy Volunteer Ambulance Corps EMT classes - despite successes," - New York Daily News

New York State recently rejected Bedford Stuyvesant VOlunteer Amblulance Corps from holding its own EMT training classes inside its new headquarters on Green AVenue. The $115,000 double trailer was deemed the 585-square-foot space was too small. the program, which has an unheard 100% pass rate, is also successful in taking kids off the street and providing them with promising career opportuntities.
