More Officers Getting Sick Of Quotas, Threaten Boycott

It’s the end of the year and for those of us who live in Bedford Stuyvesant and other large minority populated communities, we are quite aware that the end of the year means police quota season. Every year police take to the street taxing the poor by writing up bogus summons in an effort to meet their annual quota. Although law suits have been filed and police officers have come forward, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly and Mayor Bloomberg continually deny that such a system exists.
