"B'KLYN'S SUPER PROBLEM SOLVER,"
By LIZ SADLER and YOAV GONEN - New York Post

Brooklyn's much-maligned PS 35 yesterday got a double dose of good news -- it is no longer on the state's list of dangerous schools or its list of academically struggling ones.

The Bedford-Stuyvesant facility, a k a Stephen Decatur Middle School, has come a long way since Principal Jacklyn Charles-Marcus took over in 2004.

Its percentage of eighth-graders passing state math tests has just about doubled, from 32 to nearly 62 percent.
